Come out and join The Birmingham Track Club at the Dogwood Pavilion at Oak Mountain State Park this Saturday for the 29th Adam's Heart Runs. You can pick from three distances: 5K, 10K or 10-miler (the 10-miler course is USATF Certified). ALL ARE WELCOME!

AGE GROUPS: 1-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85 and older.
