Sunday May 13th @ 4:30 p.m. Sunday afternoon (yes we know it's Mother's Day ­ - eat a light lunch). Come dressed in running gear.

Directions:
- From Hwy 280 go down Overton Road to the 6th Traffic light ­ take a left and go to your first traffic light turn right.
- From I-459 Liberty Park Exit ­ east end of the exit has a stop light ­ go WEST up hill and to the right to Mt. Brook High School.

Instructors:
This Speed Clinic will be taught by Lars Porter and Mark Everett. Lars is the Cross Country/Track Coach at Birmingham Southern and Mark is an assistant coach as well as 2 time former Olympian, both guys are great runners and very good coaches.

Cost:
$20.00 with the money going to support inner-city running programs (a very under funded and important program).
