A summer “gully washer” led to a Mini-mini track meet on this day. Before the rains came we had a number of outstanding performances. The 400 m run/dash provided the most excitement and outstanding performances by all athletes in this event. In addition, there was a lot of new young talent on hand for this meet, Michael Niezgoda, Kathryn Allison, Cathryn Marie Albright, Rachel Albright, Anna Bonner, Elizabeth Bonner, and Madison Mulkey. I would like to thank Wallace McRoy, Cara Ross, Carl McFarland, Tom Krebes, Steve DeMedicis, and Dr. Black for their help during the meet. As with any BTC event, the help provided by the volunteers enables everyone, including the event director, to have a good time. Our next meet is September 9th at 4:00 pm at Samford University.
