Race Applications in the Newsletter

Rates  
Race entry forms - a single, one-sided page as part of the Newsletter.
Provide a MS Word or Adobe Acrobat file. 		$100
Race entry forms - As an insert to the Newsletter.
Additional cost is due to the additional postage and labor required to insert the forms into the newsletter. 		$300

Newsletter articles

Newsletter articles need to be e-mailed to the Newsletter editor, by the 6th of each month.
Newsletter advertisements need to be e-mailed to the Newsletter editor, by the 6th of each month.
We can also take race application advertisements, please e-mail them to the Newsletter editor, by the 6th of each month.

Race Application inserts

The BTC takes inserts that are up to 8.5" x 11" for our newsletter which is 8.5" x11." Race Directors should send 1000 race applications to B & B print shop. The inserts need to be at B&B by the 13th of each month. It is suggested that race applications be placed in the newsletter one to two months before the date of the race as we cannot guarantee the newsletter will be delivered on time the month of the race. Example: the 1000 race applications should be shipped to B&B by October 13th for the November newsletter for a December race. If the race application has a US Postage PAID stamp on the application, it needs to be marked out. US Postal regulations are that the "Postage PAID" stamp has to be on the newsletter, not on an insert.

A more cost effective method of putting your race applications in our newsletter is to provide your one page (8.5" x 11") race application in MS Word to the Newsletter editor by the 6th of each month and it will be placed on a full page.

Please make sure that the boxes of 1000 race applications clearly have "Birmingham Track Club Newsletter inserts" on them.
