On Sunday, June 24th, we will be having a BTC ‘Town Hall Meeting’ at Jim ‘N Nicks (Southside) from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
We want to hear what members think about the BTC. Now is YOUR chance to speak up, let us know what you think and in doing so, you can help us make the BTC an even more diverse, fun and active group of running enthusiasts. Good comments, constructive criticism, concerns, observations, suggestions, praises, questions about how to become involved – all are welcomed.
Maybe you have an idea or suggestion(s) for the club. Maybe you are completely content with the current direction of the BTC and want us to continue. Maybe you want to get involved with the BTC as a volunteer and work on one of our many committees. Maybe you aren’t aware of all that we have to offer and want to know.
This will be a very laid-back gathering in a friendly atmosphere. Those attending are welcome to order off the menu if they’d like. Please plan on attending, mark it on your calendar and write down any suggestions or comments before then so you can bring them along.

Sunday, June 24th, 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Where:

For those that attended the first Speed Work Clinic and those that WISHED they had - we’ll be conducting a ‘review’ of the session and conclude with the ‘6 Minute’ run this Tuesday, June 5 @ 6:00 p.m. Mt. Brook High School Track. Please wear your running gear.
This is for any who are interested in increasing their speed, how to do it in a constructive program that can be done alone or with others. If you did not attend the first Speed Work Clinic, this is your 2nd chance. Both newbies and those that attended the first session ARE WELCOMED...this Clinic is FREE.
We will have copies of Lars And Marks program there for everyone.
*Originally we scheduled this for Monday 6/4/07 - but that day is Danny & Micki’s anniversary and since Danny is ‘facilitating’ this program, discretion being the better part of valor, he will be celebrating Monday - hopefully this does not inconvenience anyone.
There is NO COST for this; we will have ‘hard’ copies of Lars And Marks program there for everyone - also if you could not attend the original session you may still attend this session.
More info. or questions, contact Danny directly:
