Training
One of the goals of the Birmingham Track Club (BTC) is to help you launch or improve your fitness routine. The BTC will help you get in shape and give you the tools to master any distance. If you are a true beginner (just off the couch), our Couch to 5K program is perfect for you. If you are already somewhat active and want to learn to love running or walking or move up to the 10K distance we have a plan and a program that is right for you. If you are hoping for more personalized training, check out our links or ask a BTC officer to recommend a local certified coach.
Whatever training program you need, you can count on our experienced runners and club members to support and motivate you!
